Our wines are not produced using the conventional system. We like to experiment with autochthonous vines, because we believe in the unique nature of our land.
A tribute to the timeless beauty of Sardinia
Produced in only 634 bottles, Saldenya '85 comes from a forty-year-old coastal vineyard, harvested by hand in the summer of 2023. The climatic conditions of the vintage allowed the grapes to ripen perfectly, giving the wine surprising freshness and minerality. The vines, caressed by the salty wind, give Saldenya '85 a unique territorial character, with a seductive nose and a rich, fragrant palate. A wine that promises longevity and reveals, sip after sip, all its extraordinary elegance.
